Do you have a valid visa for Uzbekistan?

Every traveller must receive a visa for entry to Uzbekistan before arrival. You will be refused entry without a visa. To obtain a tourist visa foreign nationals need visa support from a local travel agency. We can provide you with Uzbekistan visa support.
Until you have started the procedure to obtain a visa you cannot make a hotel reservation.

Note: It is necessary to know Hotel check-in time is 14:00
Early breakfast between 01:00 - 06:00 a.m.
In case of check-in before 14:00, the Guest makes additional payment in the amount of 100% of the room cost.

Check-out time is 12:00 (noon)
In case of late check-out from 12:00 till 18:00, the Guest makes additional payment in the amount of 50% of the room cost.
In case late check-out after 18:00, the Guest makes the payment in the amount of 100% of the room cost.

The Guest has the right to cancel accommodation request without penalty sanctions from the side of Executor not later than:
- 5 days before the guest's arrival during low season;
- 2 days before guest's arrival during high season;
- 30 days before group's arrival during high season;
- 15 days before group's arrival during low season.

In case if the Guest cancels the confirmed request in less than the periods mentioned above, the Hotel is obliged to pay the Executor a penalty in the amount of 100% of the price of cancelled services.

You will get a hotel confirmation during several hours.

Notes:
1. Reservation should be made by fax or letter at least one week prior to arrival; otherwise the hotel may not guarantee the availability of the requested rooms.
2. We would appreciate, if you mention your personal requests to perform high-class service.
3. Confirmation form will be delivered by fax or e-mail.
4. In case the payment is settled by cash, foreign guests are required to submit state bank exchange or hotel exchange-office certificate when paying.
5. Bank transfers should be made by means of 100 per cent deposit to the currency account of Dedeman Hotel and no less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
