Do you have a valid visa for Uzbekistan?

Every traveller must receive a visa for entry to Uzbekistan before arrival. You will be refused entry without a visa. To obtain a tourist visa foreign nationals need visa support from a local travel agency. We can provide you with Uzbekistan visa support.
Until you have started the procedure to obtain a visa you cannot make a hotel reservation.

Note: It is necessary to know Hotel check-in time is 12:00
In case of check-in before 12:00, the Guest makes additional payment in the amount of 100% of the room cost.

Check-out time is 12:00
In case of late check-out from 12:00 till 18:00, the Guest makes additional payment in the amount of 50% of the room cost.
In case late check-out after 18:00, the Guest makes the payment in the amount of 100% of the room cost.

The Guest has the right to cancel accommodation request without penalty sanctions from the side of Executor not later than:
- 3 days before the guest's arrival during high and low season;
- 10 days before group's arrival during low and high season.

In case if the Guest cancels the confirmed request in less than the periods mentioned above, the Hotel is obliged to pay the Executor a penalty in the amount of 100% of the price of cancelled services.
