International Mountaineering Camp (IMC)

Dear friends! We’re glad to inform you about dates and conditions of guided expedition “Lenin peak 2024” from International Mountaineering Camp (IMC) “Pamirs”.

There is a unique opportunity to spend part of the summer 2024 in the area of Lenin Peak in the legendary International Mountaineering Camp (IMC) “Pamirs”.

This was the first international mountaineering camp in the Soviet Union, opened in 1974 at the Achik-Tash glade in the Alai Valley. Many famous climbers of the world remember those “golden times” of this camp.

The camp received a new lease on life in the summer of 2019, when a team of professionals rented the IMC premises.

Amazing landscapes, stunning turquoise lakes, Lenin glacier, blooming edelweiss, fresh air and pristine mountain energy, familiarity with the life of the indigenous inhabitants of the Pamirs – all this is within walking distance from the IMC “Pamirs”, where you will stay with comfort. National cuisine, a Russian bathhouse, horseback riding – this is an incomplete list of what awaits you during your stay in the IMC “Pamirs”!

In 2024 season everyone will be able to rent high-altitude boots, crampons, ice axes, harnesses, carabiners, jumars, trekking poles, sleeping bags, helmets, gas burners, ropes and so on.

The International Mountaineering Camp team sets up the ABC at an altitude of 4400 meters and high-altitude camps with spacious tents along the way to the top of the Lenin Peak.

The cost of Lenin Peak group pack with professional guide Osh-Osh in 2024 is 2400 USD per person.

Day 1. Arrival in Osh. Overnight in hotel.
Day 2. Transfer to International Mountaineering Camp (IMC) “Pamir”
Day 3. Acclimatization in IMC “Pamir”, walk to the waterfall.
Day 4. Acclimatization hike to the ridge of Petrovskiy Peak
Day 5. Climb to Camp 1 (4400m)
Day 6. Ascent to Home Peak (4750 m.) or to Yuhin Peak (5120 m.)
Day 7. Getting ready for the ascent
Day 8. Climb to Camp 2 (5600m)
Day 9. Climb to Camp 3 (6100m)
Day 10. Descent to Camp 1 and rest.
Day 11-13 Trekking to IMC “Pamir”. Rest days.
Day 14. Climb to the Camp 1 (4400m)
Day 15. Climb to the Camp 2 (5600 m)
Day 16. Climb to the Camp 3 (6100 m)
Day 17. Ascent of the Lenin peak summit (7134 m) and descent to the Camp 3.
Day 18. Descent to the camp 1 (4400m)
Day 19. Descent to IMC “Pamir” (3600 m)
Day 20. Reserve day
Day 21. Transfer to Osh. Overnight in hotel.
Day 22. Transfer to the airport and flight back home.

PRICES FOR SEASON 2024

The cost of Lenin Peak expedition in the group with professional guides Osh-Osh in 2024 is 2400 USD per person.

Cost includes services of full package and additional services:
• Experienced high altitude guide
• Installed high altitude tents on 5600 м and 6100 м (2 persons in tent!)
• Group equipment: rope (if needed), gas and gas stoves, cooking set.
• High altitude food
• Special Asia Outdoor offer – acclimatization night (accommodation) in installed tents on Yukhin Peak (5130 m.) with high altitude food
• Boundary zone permit, OVIR registration, visa support (if necessary);
• Meeting/seeing off at the airport;
• Transfer Osh – IMC “Pamir” – Osh
• Lunch en route to/from IMC;
• Accommodation in hotel for 2 nights in total during the program
• Rent of walkie-talkie;

Additional payment for Bishkek-Bishkek program is 250 USD per person. This cost includes:
